    On Thursday of last week, Governor Steve Bullock declared a state of emergency to exist within the state of Montana related to the communicable disease COVID-19 novel coronavirus.     Those who have recently driven by the local schools are sure to have noticed a portable radar speed sign that was recently purchased and placed by the City of Three Forks. According to City Clerk Crystal Turner, the Council approved the purchase of the sign in January with money from their gas tax fund.     A little over five years ago Melissa and I went to go watch a UFC fight card in Las Vegas that featured Conor McGregor as well as many other well-known MMA fighters. This closure is expected to take effect this week and last for up to four weeks.
