    In a short amount of time, the Three Forks Education Foundation has become a valuable asset to local schools. Founded three years ago, the foundation awards Teacher/Educator Grants during both the spring and fall. Grants awarded in March were for a total of $3,870.     The Three Forks City Council voted Tuesday on a resolution that allows the governing body to utilize its share of funding from the Montana Department of Transportation Bridge and Road Safety and Accountability Program. The City of Three Forks plans on using their allocation of funding to administer dust control, purchasing gravel to maintain and repair dirt roads, and asphalt patching of paved streets.     Three Forks Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) competed at the FCCLA State Leadership Conference in Bozeman. Students from Three Forks won $2,500 from Ford Driving Skills for Life for their project "Make a Change Montana." The chapter participated in the Vision Zero grant program sponsored by the Montana Department of Transportation, Ford Driving Skills for Life, the National Highway Safety Foundation and Montana FCCLA.
