    Gallatin County voters rejected last week a proposed $59 million bond to replace the current Law and Justice Center. In unofficial final results from the Gallatin County Elections Office, the bond was defeated by a vote of 14,865 (55.02 percent) to 12,150 (44.98 percent).     The Willow Creek School is raising money for two new water bottle filling stations. According to science teacher Joyce Pollastro, the school tells students that they are "thinking" best when they stay hydrated and encourages them to bring water bottles to every class. "Many times, because our water fountains work slowly and awkwardly to fill up water bottles students cant keep them full throughout the day," she said.     After two successful shows, the Holiday Extravaganza Vendor and Craft Show is once again taking place in Three Forks. The third annual show is scheduled for Saturday, November 16 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Methodist Church Annex located at 120 Second Avenue.
