Council approves agreement with BCSO

The Three Forks City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Three Forks and the Broadwater County Sheriff's Office to share office space at 115 Main Street.

The location is currently being utilized by the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office.

Gallatin County Sheriff Brian Gootkin spoke in favor of the agreement.

"The more we can work together the better," he said.

Three Forks Mayor Steven Hamilton said the short version of the agreement is that they are providing a space for a deputy to work.
