Angel Tree gives back to Three Forks youth

November 27, 2019

For over a decade, the Angel Tree of Three Forks has brought smiles to local children.

According to organizer Barbara Frost, there will be two trees in 2019, one at the Three Forks Library and one at the Manhattan Bank Three Forks location.

Frost said she started the Angel Tree locally 14 years ago and the community support has been amazing.

"The people in town have been wonderful," she said.

The two trees in town will have decorated name tags that have first requests for sponsored local families. Frost said those who pick a name can drop off an unwrapped present at Manhattan Bank or the Library, or mail to the Three Forks Angel Tree at PO BOX 617. Frost wanted to remind those interested that they also need monetary donations for people who pick a name and don't return a gift. Monetary donations can be made at First Security Bank or to the PO Box.

Frost added the Angel Tree of Three Forks is a non-profit.

The deadline to donate is December 10.

Frost also wanted to recognize the library and banks that assist with the tree.
