Council moving forward with Intercap Loan for Bleacher Project

The Three Forks City Council voted last week to move forward with an Intercap Loan for the Rodeo Arena Bleacher Project. At the same time, members of the rodeo board are still working hard to secure donations for the project.

City Treasurer Kelly Smith said at the meeting the loan is for $310,000 and will be for ten years, adding it will take up to four weeks to fund, and must be reviewed by the town attorney. The participation must also be officially passed by a resolution (see page 8).

Smith also told the council they would not be receiving a USDA Rural Development loan for the project....
