Column: Hood Wars

I’m sure I probably sound like a cranky neighbor yelling at people to stay off my lawn who also walked nine miles through a mountain pass to get to school, but kids are just not outside very much anymore. It’s kind of sad because a lot of them are really missing out on all sorts of shenanigans while they aren’t tied to some sort of screen all day. In fact, this is probably true for adults too.
