Board of Health extends 3 local emergency health rules

At a meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 20, the Gallatin City-County Board of Health extended three local emergency health rules intended to slow the transmission of COVID-19.

Those rules include:

• Requiring face coverings in public places

• Isolation and quarantine

• Visitation at nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and senior and assisted living facilities

These rules will remain in effect until April 20, 2021 unless otherwise revoked or modified by the Board.
