I am not a big fan of huge retail stores. Sometimes it is a necessary evil to go to one of the big box stores to make a purchase but that does not mean I have to enjoy even one second of it.

My hometown didn’t get a Walmart until I was in late grade school and I readily admit I was mesmerized when it first opened. Years later I would find out when they opened it pretty much put an end to the small retail shops and stores and that is just sad.
