Summer Speaker Series Starts June 12

The Missouri Headwaters State Park, Summer Speaker Series, will start next week.

The theme in 2021 is “Significance of Public Lands” and will take each Saturday through mid-August at 7 p.m. at the campground.

The series will start on June 12 with Montana songwriter and musician Rob Quist.

The schedule for the rest of June includes Mark Filonczuk, who on June 19 will discuss trail access in public lands. On June 16, Jim Smith is scheduled to present on the Jedediah Smith and the fur trade era.
