City of Three Forks Awarded 2021 Recreation Trails Grant

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks announced last week that the City of Three Forks was one of 42 trail organizations, communities, and various land-managing agencies throughout the state to receive federal Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant awards for their projects in 2021.

The City of Three Forks was awarded partial funding of $52,500 to be used to help pave .8 miles of the Headwaters Trail System. The county had asked for funding of $69,999 for the project.
