Additional fire restrictions in place for FWP sites in several southwest Montana counties

BOZEMAN – Additional fire restrictions are in place for properties managed by Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks in several southwest Montana counties due to high fire danger.

FWP sites in Silver Bow, Beaverhead and Madison counties have entered Stage-2 fire restrictions. FWP sites in Jefferson County entered Stage-2 fire restrictions on Saturday, July 31. FWP sites in Broadwater County have entered Stage-1 fire restrictions.

This follows fire restrictions implemented by these counties.
