Our View: Be kind when grabbing a bite

The other day I received a press release that announced Montana had hit a 14-year low for unemployment.

At first glance, this was great news for the Treasure State, but I became confused the more I thought about it.

The numbers are undoubtedly positive, but at the same time, there are plenty of places that are desperately in need of help, so the outlook is not as promising as it may appear.
