Letter to the Editor: Update of MDT Rest Area Lawsuit

Lately, I have been working on a longer statement providing some more in-depth details concerning the lawsuit that was pending against MDT concerning the rest area near the 90/287 interchange. That statement will hopefully occur soon. Although rumors and possible misinformation may float around, please know that the plaintiffs have chosen to drop the lawsuit for a plethora of reasons.
