Column: The spicy pasta dish

While there are certainly some occasions, I don’t feel like cooking after a long day of work, and I usually don’t mind spending a little bit of time in the kitchen making a dinner that, hopefully, the family will enjoy.

I have a few what I would call “signature dishes” and sometimes fall in the habit of cooking the same things over and over again. I guess my reasoning behind this is “if it is not broke, then don’t fix it .”Every once in a while, I will step out of my comfort zone and attempt something new.
