Community Health Partners and Family Promise Will Host Open House at New Locations on March 10

Community Health Partners (CHP) and Family Promise of Gallatin Valley are thrilled to announce the opening of their new respective Bozeman locations this month. The new facilities are located at 1695 and 1603 Tschache Lane in Bozeman, behind Lowe’s on north 19th Avenue.

“This has been a dream in the works for CHP for more than four years,” said CHP CEO Lander Cooney. “Our board has laid the groundwork, our staff has facilitated the transition and our donors truly have made it happen. We are ecstatic to showcase this beautiful building to our patients and the community.”
