Lady Wolves senior night Saturday

October 23, 2019

The Three Forks High School volleyball team will wrap up their regular season this week with a road game Thursday at Whitehall and a Saturday, October 26 senior night contest against Big Timber.

Head coach Tracy Welter praised her senior class for what they have meant to her and the program.

“Every senior is so special to me. Since my daughter (Erin Welter) is in that class, I’ve gotten to know each of them on a more personal level. Many of them spent time at my house as small children, so it’s been a pretty special journey for me. It will be very bitter-sweet to see all of them on that floor during parent/senior night and recognize them for their hard work and dedication to the sport,” she said. “You can ask any underclassmen what those senior girls mean to them, and I guarantee you they will have nothing but praise for them. Each of them has been an incredible mentor and leader both on and off the court.”

The seniors on the 2019 team are McKenzie Feddes, Kirstin Klompien, Macey Combs, Kendall Lynn, Peyton Page, Erin Welter, Lilly Lindquist, and Breanna Bloch.

In their lone game last week, the Lady Wolves fell in three sets to Townsend 20-25, 15-25, and 21-25.

Feddes led the team with 11 assists, Welter had a team-high four kills, Klompien had seven assists and three blocks and Keaton Lynn had three blocks. Combs, Klompien, Welter and Addie Pestel each had one ace for Three Forks.
