Three Forks Christmas Stroll Friday

The annual visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus is always a hit at the stroll.

It's once again time for the annual Three Forks Christmas Stroll.

The popular annual event hosted by the Three Forks Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for Friday, December 6 and will feature a multitude of family-friendly events.

Main Street in Three Forks will close to vehicles at 4 p.m. and the annual Tree Lighting and Christmas Carols with Mr. and Mrs. Claus will take place at 5 p.m. at Veterans Park. The tree lighting will be followed by the lighted parade down Main Street.

Photos with Santa will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Fire Hall, a magic show is slated for 6 p.m. at Manhattan Bank, a Christmas Tree and Silent Tree Auction for the fire department will take place at V42 Fitness and a Gingerbread House and Candy Cane Lane will be hosted by the Three Forks Community Library.

Other events include carriage rides provided by First Security Bank, Fireworks at 7:30 p.m. at the North End of Main, Merchant Bingo sponsored by the Lewis and Clark Journal, a chamber raffle at the Main Street Office and free cookies and hot chocolate at the fire hall.

Local businesses and vendors will also be a huge part of the 2019 Stroll. A vendor's market is scheduled and many businesses will be hosting specials and open houses.

The carriage station and refreshments will be at Thriftway, Montana Mountain Massage will have an open house with gifts, Stageline Pizza will be selling whole pizzas or pizza by the slice, the Wheat Montana Corporate Office will have cookies, Three Forks Floral is hosting an open house, Three Forks Saddlery will be having cookies and hot cocoa, the Three Forks Bible Church will have cider and cookies, Ron's Diesel/Action Realty/Bunkhouse Designs will be handing out candy and have a drawing at Cedar and Main, local hand-crafted gifts and free Christmas gift wrapping will be available at Legacy Trading, the Merchant Bingo Drop Off and craft fundraiser is scheduled at Three Forks Chiropractic Clinic, the Iron Horse Café & Pie Shop will have music and crafts, Three Forks High School students will be selling Christmas trees and wreaths next to Seilers Hardware and homemade stockings will be available for kids 12 and under at the Headwaters Heritage Museum.

Christmas Stroll buttons will be available at Seilers, Three Forks Market, and Main Street Office.
