Headwaters Community Art Institute Deals with Challenges of Covid-19

With the Covid-19 pandemic creating challenges for the Headwaters Community Arts Institute (HCAI), the 501c3 recognized nonprofit to support local youth arts is eager for a return to normalcy.

According to Shelly Williams, the early Covid regulations pretty much shut HCAI down, and the first few months were terrifying.
