The FFA Creed was written by EM Tiffany 1928. It outlines the FFA's values and beliefs regarding the industry of agriculture, FFA membership, and citizenship and patriotism. Students participating in the Creed Speaking Leadership Development Event. They compete to learn to communicate in a powerful, organized and professional manner and build self-confidence.

Rylee Smith placed 4th in the Junior Creed Speaking Contest, at the Agriculture Expo. sponsored by John Deere, in Bozeman. She competed against 40 other middle school students from all over the state of Montana. Rylee is an 8th grader at Three Forks High School.

Reciting the FFA Creed has become almost a right of passage. Every new member in my agricultural classes learns the FFA Creed and what it represents. I still remember most of the Creed from when I memorized it as a young 14 old woman, in my agriculture class. We are very proud of Rylee Smith for her achievement. She will compete again this spring at the District level to vie for a place at State.
