The Gallatin-City County Health Department, along with key partners and stakeholders, carefully reviewed the isolation and quarantine guidance provided by the CDC. A shift in process like this involves discussions with local healthcare facilities, workplaces, members of our Board of Health, and school staff. We wanted to move forward responsibly as a local health jurisdiction as we found ourselves trying to digest and then communicate these changes in guidance as effectively and concisely as possible.
