Health officer gives update

We have seen a slight uptick in COVID-19 cases over the last couple days. Increasing case numbers is not unexpected given the trends we have seen in other parts of the nation due to a highly transmissible sub variant of Omicron known as BA.2, and not yet cause for alarm. We are grateful our hospitalizations remain very low at this time and am hopeful that remains the situation.

 

This is a good time to pause and reflect on our own personal risk calculations and to remind the community how important it is to stay up-to-date on your COVID-19 vaccine, to stay home when you are sick, and get...
