Commissioners approve resolution establishing "court of record"

Last week, the Gallatin County Commission voted 3-0 to approve a resolution establishing the Gallatin County Justice Court as a “court of record.”
According to County Communications Coordinator Whitney Bermes, a “court of record” means that all proceedings before the two Justices of the Peace will be recorded electronically and stored.
