A few weeks ago, I made a three-day trip to my hometown in Wyoming for the first time since 2019. This was the longest I had ever gone without making the trip, and I had no trouble jumping out of bed at 5 a.m. so I could get on the road early.
The fact the route I take does not involve an Interstate takes me through some beautiful country, but at the same time, I was cursing up a storm each time I got behind someone hauling a trailer without a passing lane anywhere to be found.
