Our View: Volunteers huge for Rodeo Dayz

The Three Forks community will come together in a little over two weeks for the annual Rodeo Dayz Celebration. It will be an excellent time for both area residents and visitors who attend the rodeo and various other events that take place over the weekend.

Any larger event in a smaller community could not happen without the many volunteers who step up to the plate to take on a multitude of tasks to help things run smoothly.

A huge thanks should be given to all the volunteers from the rodeo board, chamber of commerce, and the others who help.

With the event inching closer, this is a perfect opportunity for residents to donate a few hours of their time to the 2022 event. A few hours go a long way to help make the event a success.

On a personal level, I was able to volunteer last year, helping sign in vendors for the Street Fair, and it was a worthwhile time. I was in the middle of the action on Main Street in Three Forks, and it felt good I could lend a hand.

If you know someone involved with the Three Forks Chamber, Rodeo Board, City of Three Forks, reach out to them and see where they might need a little help. Just a few minutes of your time will help ensure that events like this continue to thrive.

It should be a great weekend in Three Forks, and it would not happen without all those who volunteer.
