Update of Three Forks School registration

The Three Forks School District will require an annual registration process for all students beginning with the 2022-23 school year.  This will be an on-line process that will require parents to update household and contact information annually.  Parents will also be able to complete required forms including technology use, transportation, free & reduced meals, photo release / opt out, permission for medication, and medical release forms.  Various student fee payments may also be paid online. Proof of residency documentation will also be required and can be uploaded.  In order to complete the on-line registration, parents will need access to their parent portal in Infinite Campus.  For those who have not created an account, this platform offers access to your student’s grades and classroom information and communication throughout the year.

Our IT Department recently sent out an email with a passcode to parents who did not have an account.  During this process we found that some parents also did not have an email on file or had outdated information.  If you do not have a parent portal and did not receive an email with your passcode, please call the school @ 406-285-3224 for assistance. Our office staff will be able to set up an account for you.  Additionally, a link will be sent out next week directing parents to the online portal.  We realize this will be a new experience for our parents but we will provide all needed assistance.  If you find that you need in person assistance with this process we will have kiosks set up in the middle school entrance area with staff available to assist on the following dates:  August 15-19 and August 22-26.

All students must complete the registration process in order to access class schedules.  Please understand that this process is necessary in order to guarantee the delivery of our messages to all families as well as the residency verification of students attending TFS.  You will notice during the registration process that you have the ability to “opt out” of messaging from the school.  Please consider this carefully before deleting any forms of communication.

As our enrollment continues to grow, it is important for our district to verify residency status of students attending TFS.  We are also committed to improving our communication system so parents and students remain informed of all activities, academic progress, and general or emergency communications.  The online process should greatly reduce the need to send and return paper forms and permissions as well as provide quick access to payment of fees.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to our office for assistance with this process.
