Montana State scientist receives grant to explore low-oxygen aquatic systems

 


BOZEMAN – A Montana State University researcher recently received funding that will expand and continue work that examines the effect of changing water temperatures on ocean ecosystems around the world.

Frank Stewart, an associate professor in the Department of Microbiology and Cell Biology in MSU's College of Agriculture, was named one of the 2023 Simons Investigators in Aquatic Microbial Ecology.
