Our View: Thanks to all the volunteers

There is already a buzz in the air in Three Forks in anticipation of this week's NRA Rodeo and Rodeo Dayz celebration.

The events that will take place later in the week are a fantastic way to highlight an incredible community and serve as a chance for residents to come together. It is great to see a packed crowd for both nights of the rodeo and large numbers at the parade and events on Saturday.

There will undoubtedly be something to do for everyone, which is a plus to have at larger events.

The many activities planned this week could not happen without all the hard-working volunteers whose time and effort truly made Rodeo Dayz one of the best small-town celebrations in Montana.

We wanted to take time to thank everyone who has devoted their time to planning and working this week. Without you, events like this could not happen. Whenever there are large crowds at the rodeo and the accompanying events, so much time and effort has gone into planning to ensure things go smoothly. Thank you for donating your time to make this week a success. So much goes on behind the scenes for something like a parade or street fair, and the hard work does not go unnoticed.

Over the past month, several articles in the Voice have discussed the need for more volunteers to help with events, and hopefully, the many events in Three Forks will start to see more volunteers. The more people help, the less others will have to do, and they can enjoy a little of the festivities.

This year's parade theme is "Go the Extra Mile," which is fitting for all the volunteers who do this repeatedly. It will surely be another fantastic Rodeo Dayz celebration, and thanks to all who make it possible.
