2 suspects detained following fatal hit-and-run near Belgrade

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident on August 6 near Belgrade.
Gerald Lee Johnson and Hollie Ann Kittle were both taken into custody on August 13 and have been charged with negligent homicide. Kittle has also been charged with tampering or fabricating with physical evidence.
