Chamber Annual Dinner Sept. 16

It's nearing time for local businesses and organizations to come together for the Three Forks Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 16, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Diamond J Farm at 161 Price Road in Three Forks.

According to Chamber Executive Director Emily Whalen, preparations have been going smoothly, and the collaborative effort between the organization and the community ensures a fun-filled night for all.

"Because the Chamber was unable to host the type of event we're known for last year, we are excited to bring back the Annual Chamber Meeting the community knows and loves," Whalen said.

Tickets for this year's event are $30 for an individual, which includes dinner and one drink ticket. VIP Tables will also be available at the 2023 event. The cost for a table of eight is $320.

Whalen said each VIP table will be treated to a personal wait staff and will not have to stand in a drink or buffet line. VIPs will also receive an additional drink ticket and an exclusive silent auction item.

Chamber members are also being asked to donate promotional items to be given out with gift bags. Those interested in donating items must bring at least 75 items to the office of Tanya Gonzalez at 215 S. Main or the Three Forks Community Library by September 10. Whalen added that any Chamber member who would like their business represented in the silent auction is invited to bring an item to either of those places by September 10.

Whalen said this year's dinner will be provided by Kansas City Barbecue Society award-winning and Three Forks own, Last Best Barbecue. She added dinner will be followed by live music from the talented rising artist Chandler Hunter.

"The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for Chamber and Community to come together and discuss the successes and challenges of the last year while lending your voice to next year's plans and goals," Whalen said.
