Three Forks gets huge conference victory at rival Manhattan

It was a fantastic start to the conference season for the Three Forks High School Volleyball team.

On the road August 29 against rival Manhattan, the Wolves came away with a 25-23, 31-29, 26-24 victory.

Head Coach Tiffany Lynch said she is very proud of the team's performance against the Tigers.

"It was a great way to start our conference play. They worked really well together and didn't let adversity hold them back. I was really proud of the way they fought back from behind in sets two and three to come out with the win," Lynch said.

Natalee Hayder had nine team kills, and Eva Parker finished with five.

Kylie Rowan had a great night, finishing with all 19 of the team's assists.

Ciel Gayle led the way with four aces, Parker had six blocks, and Ali Kotter and Fallon Page finished with nine digs.

In action on August 31 at Jefferson High School in Boulder, the Wolves fell 25-11, 25-13, 25-11.

Three Forks will again be on the road this week with matchups on September 5 at Lone Peak and September 7 at Big Timber.
