Patricia (Pat) Obrigewitch

Patricia (Pat) Obrigewitch, a wife, mom, sister, grandma and friend, passed away peacefully after a sudden illness on November 18, 2020. She was born on July 9, 1940 to parents Clarence and Agnes Freese in Bozeman, Montana. She attended Lower Bridger School and graduated from Holy Rosary High School. On June 25, 1966 she married Omer Obrigewitch and together they raised four daughters; Jody Bellamy (Stacy), Laurie Baker, Kerry Welch (Dean), Amy Damuth (Blaine). Pat loved spending time with her grandchildren; Lindsay, Jace (Melanie), Leyton, Caleb, Jacob, Beau, Caitlyn, Callie, Aidan, Siena, Samuel, and Oliver.

Pat had a variety of interests including horseback riding, gardening, quilting, hiking, spending time in the outdoors, and a love for animals. There are so many things that we are going to miss about this incredible lady; her soft strong hands that helped comfort her family, her wonderful singing voice, her delicious baked goods, and her unconditional love for her family.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kerry, brother Jim, sister Sharon, and her nephew Greg. As hard as it is to have this beautiful woman leave us, we are at peace knowing that she has been reunited with Kerry and her other loved ones.

A private family service was held at Holy Rosary Church in Bozeman on Tuesday, November 24th. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in her memory to the Holy Family Church in Three Forks, or Tiny Tales Pet Rescue in Manhattan, Montana.
