For many people, getting home and going straight to the kitchen is probably not their idea of fun.
While there are certainly probably one or two nights a week, I want nothing to do with cooking dinner. For the most part, I do enjoy cooking. Having an ice-cold adult beverage while I'm cooking is about as relaxing as it gets for me. It's my own in-home Zen garden without the sand everywhere and a rake to step on.
I have a few tried and true recipes that I will use over time, but I also like to try and be inventive with new ones, which was the case last week. I was so happy with the results...
