Headwaters Trails System awarded 2 more grants

There was more positive news recently for the Headwaters Trail System.
At last week's Three Forks City Council Meeting, Councilmember Gene Townsend reported he was informed trail system was the recipient of a Gallatin County Open Lands Grant for $75,000.
Townsend also received notice from the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks that the trail system would receive a $15,000 grant for maintenance.
He added the Open Lands Grant should help them finish the last .8 mile of paving to complete the 12-mile network of trails.
