The Three Forks Rodeo has been moved to August.
The Three Forks Rodeo will happen in 2020 – just a little bit later than originally planned.
The Three Forks City Council voted last week to postpone the annual rodeo from July 17 and 18 to August 28 and 29 due to concerns with the timeline for Phase 3 in the state of Montana.
According to a Facebook post from the Rodeo Board, the State of Montana would need to be in Phase 3 in order to put on an event the size of the rodeo and with so much uncertainty around when that transition would take place, the Rodeo Board offered up alternative dates of August 28-29 should the July dates still be in Ph...
