Ordinance would allow for bottling, canning facility

Last week, the Three Forks City Council took the first steps for an ordinance that would allow for beverage, bottling, and distribution facilities up to 7,000 square feet in the Central Business and Neighborhood Highway Business Districts.

The request for the zoning change to Ordinance 11-8A-2 came from Roam MT, LLC and Battle Ridge Rentals, LLC, who plan to build a brewery/tasting room on land they purchased that was once home to Jenkins Garage and is across from the Broken Spur Motel.
