The Three Forks Composite Mountain Bike team recently opened their 2023 season at the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) Crosscut Classic in the Bridger Mountains outside Bozeman. The team formed by Doug Simpson in 2020 is part of the Montana Interscholastic Cycling League and features seven local student-athletes. The Montana High School Rodeo Association is hosting a two-day event this week in Three Forks. The event, set up as two one-day rodeos, is scheduled to begin on September 9 at 9 a.m. and on September 10 at 8 a.m. at the Three Forks Rodeo Grounds. The Wrestling Under the Lights: 2023 Keith Pierce Memorial Folkstyle Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, August 5, at the Three Forks High School Football Field.
